Cooking for baby is not difficult but takes longer time.... I will try to cut the time down if I can; as time is what I need! I started out cooking this porridge by using carrots as the main ingredients. I have chop this into tiny bits.

Now I cook the stock using chicken bones, carrots and cabbage and of course water. NO salt!

Here's how I cook the
porridge. I cook the rice using
clean water first and boil till the rice is soft. Then I add in the chopped carrots and then pour in the stock. So at least the
porridge has a bit of taste other than just carrots and rice! After that I puree it and give it to baby. A Long and tedious job but baby loves it so it's worthwhile.
